About the email us screen

The Email Us screen of Messenger allows you to send a Message directly to the Ouch! technical team.  The Ouch! technical team will respond to your email as soon as possible (within regular business hours), as it becomes a High Priority on our side if you are experiencing a problem.

You can access the Email Us screen by clicking on the Email Us button on the main menu of Messenger.  (See Figure 1)
