About the Error Log

Definition:

Error (noun): the state or condition of being wrong or incorrect.

Messenger:

In Messenger, a clocking will show up in the Error Log screen if the card number exists on the Ouch! terminal, but not on the Messenger software. 

Managing the Error Log

The clockings will automatically be recovered when an employee with a matching card number is created on Messenger, or when you go into the Error Log, select the clocking, and click the recover button.

The Error Log can be accessed from the Setup menu on the Main Menu of Messenger by clicking on the Error Log option.  (see Figure 1)
