- Select the department you want to link the group to from the Departments drop down. (See Figure 1)
- Enter the name of the group in the Group Description text box. (See Figure 1)
- Click the Add (See Figure 1)
- A message box will pop up to let you know that the group was added successfully. (See Figure 2)
- Click the OK (See Figure 2)
- The group will now appear in the Groups (See Figure 3)
