About the Feature Settings on Preferences

The Feature Settings is where you can turn certain features on and off per client.    If the feature is turned off then the feature is hidden from the client.  Technicians can see everything, regardless of whether the feature is turned on or off.

The following features are currently available on the Messenger Website:

Roles on Preferences	No	If this is turned on the Roles tab on the Preferences pop-up is visible to clients.
Access Clockings Button	No	If this is turned on then the Access Clockings Button on the left hand menu will be visible to clients.
Assign Role Button	No	If this is turned on then the Assign Role Button will be visible on the Employees Screen.
Access Control Stored Procedure	No	If this is turned on then the transactions will be sorted according to access control or clocking transaction depending on the role.
Access Listing Report	No	If this is turned on then the Access Listing Report will be available in the Report Wizard.
Logout Button	No	If this is turned on then the Logout button on the Main Menu of Messenger will be visible.
Export Payroll Link	Yes	This can only be turned on by selected people through the Client Registration as this is a paid for service.  If this is turned on then the Export Payroll button on the Main Menu of Messenger will be visible.
Select Site Button	No	If this is turned on then the Select Site button on the Main menu of Messenger will be visible.
Mibco Employee Check Box	No	If this is turned on then the Mibco Employee Check Box is available on the Add and Edit employee screens.
Mibco Timesheets	No	If this is turned on then the Mibco Timesheets are available on the Report Wizard.
Wages Button	Yes	This can only be turned on by selected people through the Client Registration as this is a paid for service.  If this is turned on then the Wages button on the left hand menu of Messenger will be visible.
Pay Factors	No	If this is turned on then the Pay Factors tab on the Preferences pop-up is visible to clients.
Labour Expense Report	No	If this is turned on then the Labour Expense Report is available on the Report Wizard.
Regions on Preferences	No	If this is turned on then the Regions tab on the Preferences pop-up is visible to clients.
Terminal Linking on Preferences	No	If this is turned on then the Terminal Linking tab on the Preferences pop-up is visible to clients.
Reports by Region	No	If this is turned on then the Reports are allowed to be drawn by region on the Report Wizard.
Hourly Rate	No	If this is turned on then the Hourly Rate or Salary is visible on the Add and Edit employees screen.
Role on Add Employees	No	If this is turned on then the Role drop down is visible on the Add employees screen.
Job Code	No	If this is turned on then the Job Code text box is visible on the Add and Edit employees screen.
Cost Code	No	If this is turned on then the Cost Code text box is visible on the Add and Edit employees screen.
Department Code	No	If this is turned on then the Department Code text box is visible on the Add and Edit employees screen.  (part of Labournet/Psiber export)
Division Code	No	If this is turned on then the Division Code text box is visible on the Add and Edit employees screen.  (part of Labournet/Psiber export)
Wages Additional Income on Preferences	No	If this is turned on then the Wages Additional Income tab is visible on the Preferences pop-up.
Wages Deductions on Preferences	No	If this is turned on then the Wages Deductions tab is visible on the Preferences pop-up.
Overtime Authorization	No	If this is turned on then the overtime needs to be authorized before an export can be done.
