About the Error Transaction report

The Error Transaction report shows a list of all the employees that have an odd number of clockings on Messenger.  This usually means that they have forgotten to clock at some point during the day.

Example:  John clocked in at 7:30am, out at 12:30pm and then at 4:30pm.  He actually forgot to clock in after lunch at 1:30pm.  John will then appear on the Error Transactions report.

The Error Transactions report is ordered according to the user’s choice in the Reporting Wizard.
