About the Excel Transaction Listing report

The Excel Transaction Listing report shows a list of all the in and out clockings for each employee.  It also shows which Ouch! terminal the transaction was made on, or if it was manually added on Messenger.

The columns of the report are as follows:

1. Surname of Employee
2. Name of Employee
3. Payroll ID (Employee Number)
4. Card Number (Number on clock)
5. IN Day of Week
6. In clocking date
7. In clocking time
8. OUT Day of week
9. Out clocking date
10. Out clocking time
11. Terminal on which the employee clocked or “Messenger” if the transaction was added on the Messenger site.
