Definitions:
Leave (noun): time when one has permission to be absent from work or from duty in the armed forces.
Messenger:
In Messenger, the Leave Columns are the Migration/Adjustment reasons that will show up on the Leave Report. Since only 10 leave reasons can fit on the Leave report, you will need to select a maximum of 10 that will be displayed through the Leave Columns tab on the Preferences pop-up of Messenger.
The Preferences pop-up can be found by clicking on Setup in the Main Menu of Messenger, then on Preferences. (see Figure 1)
