How to deselect a Migration/Adjustment Reason

1. Notice that the migration/adjustment reason has been selected in the list. (See figure 1)
2. Notice that the migration/adjustment reason has been filled in the text box. (See figure 1)
3. Click the Cancel button to clear the selection. (See figure 1)
